Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Cream butter and 1/3 cup powdered sugar until light and fluffy, stir in vanilla extract
- Combine flour, cornstarch, and ground black sesame seeds, gradually mix into butter mixture until soft dough forms
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on prepared baking sheet, spacing evenly
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until edges are set but centers remain soft
- While still warm, roll cookies in remaining powdered sugar
- Cool completely on a wire rack and enjoy
