Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Cream butter and 1/3 cup powdered sugar until light and fluffy, stir in vanilla extract
  3. Combine flour, cornstarch, and ground black sesame seeds, gradually mix into butter mixture until soft dough forms
  4. Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on prepared baking sheet, spacing evenly
  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes until edges are set but centers remain soft
  6. While still warm, roll cookies in remaining powdered sugar
  7. Cool completely on a wire rack and enjoy
