Ingredients
Scale
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 200 g baby bok choy, trimmed, rinsed, and sliced in halves or quarters
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1.5 tbsp light soy sauce
- 0.5 Thai Jinda chili, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Heat a wok or large skillet over medium high heat and add the oil.
- Once the oil is hot, add the minced garlic and sliced Thai chili. Stir fry for about 20 seconds until fragrant and lightly golden.

- Remove from heat and serve immediately as a side dish or light main.
Notes
- Dry the bok choy thoroughly after washing to avoid steaming instead of stir frying.
- Adjust chili quantity based on your preferred spice level.
- Regular bok choy can be used but may require slightly longer cooking time.
- Serve immediately for best texture and flavor.
