- 1 large frozen banana
- 1 cup full fat coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon blue spirulina powder
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 1/4 cup whipped coconut cream
Instructions
- Chill the serving glass in the refrigerator for a few minutes.
- Add frozen banana, coconut milk, honey, vanilla extract, and ice cubes into a blender.
- Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
- Pour half of the smoothie into a separate container.
- Add blue spirulina powder to one portion and blend briefly until evenly mixed.
- Pour the white smoothie into the glass first.
- Slowly add the blue smoothie to create cloud-like swirls.
- Top with whipped coconut cream and serve immediately.
