Description

A dreamy coconut and banana smoothie with natural blue spirulina that creates beautiful cloud-like swirls. Creamy, refreshing, and ready in minutes.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 large frozen banana
  • 1 cup full fat coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon blue spirulina powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1/4 cup whipped coconut cream

Instructions

  1. Chill the serving glass in the refrigerator for a few minutes.
  2. Add frozen banana, coconut milk, honey, vanilla extract, and ice cubes into a blender.
  3. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour half of the smoothie into a separate container.
  5. Add blue spirulina powder to one portion and blend briefly until evenly mixed.
  6. Pour the white smoothie into the glass first.
  7. Slowly add the blue smoothie to create cloud-like swirls.
  8. Top with whipped coconut cream and serve immediately.
