Ingredients

- 1 cup glutinous rice flour
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- a few drops food coloring
Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to a gentle boil.
- Mix glutinous rice flour with water to form a smooth dough.
- Divide dough and add food coloring, then roll into small balls.
- Drop dumplings into boiling water and cook until they float.
- Heat coconut milk with sugar until dissolved.
- Combine cooked dumplings with coconut milk.
- Serve warm or chilled.
Notes
- Keep dough covered to prevent drying
- Adjust sweetness to taste
- Cook dumplings in batches
