Description

Ingredients

  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons red curry paste
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 green chilies, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh herbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Mix coconut milk, curry paste, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Add oil to the skillet.
  4. Sear cod lightly, then add the sauce.
  5. Simmer for 8 to 10 minutes.
  6. Add lime juice, fish sauce, and herbs.
