Ingredients

- 500 grams beef steak
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup crispy chips or fried potatoes
Instructions
- Preheat grill or pan over high heat.
- Mix soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, garlic, and chili flakes.
- Oil the grill lightly.
- Coat steak with marinade and rest for 20 minutes.
- Grill steak 3 to 5 minutes per side.
- Rest, slice, and garnish with cilantro.
- Serve with sauce and chips.
