Description

A bold and flavorful grilled steak dish served with a tangy dipping sauce and crispy sides.


Ingredients

  • 500 grams beef steak
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup crispy chips or fried potatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or pan over high heat.
  2. Mix soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, garlic, and chili flakes.
  3. Oil the grill lightly.
  4. Coat steak with marinade and rest for 20 minutes.
  5. Grill steak 3 to 5 minutes per side.
  6. Rest, slice, and garnish with cilantro.
  7. Serve with sauce and chips.
