Ingredients

- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup green beans, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup carrots, diced
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons green onions
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium high heat.
- Add oil and scramble eggs, then set aside.
- Sauté garlic, green beans, and carrots.
- Add rice and stir well.
- Pour soy sauce and mix thoroughly.
- Return eggs to the pan and combine.
- Finish with sesame oil and green onions, then serve.
