Ingredients

  • 4 stalks green onions, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 small red chili, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Press tofu and cut into cubes, then toss with cornstarch until coated.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add tofu cubes in a single layer and cook until golden and crispy on all sides.
  4. Add minced garlic and sliced chili, cooking briefly until fragrant.
  5. Pour in soy sauce and sugar, then stir gently to coat the tofu.
  6. Drizzle sesame oil and add chopped green onions.
  7. Toss everything together and cook for another minute before serving.
