- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 red chilies, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Heat a wok over high heat.
- Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar.
- Add oil to the wok.
- Sauté garlic and chilies.
- Add ground chicken and cook thoroughly.
- Pour in sauce and stir well.
- Add basil leaves and cook briefly.
- Serve hot.
