Description

A bold and aromatic Thai stir fry made with minced chicken, fresh basil, garlic, and chilies, cooked quickly for a flavorful and satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 red chilies, sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Heat a wok over high heat.
  2. Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar.
  3. Add oil to the wok.
  4. Sauté garlic and chilies.
  5. Add ground chicken and cook thoroughly.
  6. Pour in sauce and stir well.
  7. Add basil leaves and cook briefly.
