Description
A tropical dessert made with sticky rice and coconut milk, served with fresh mango slices and sesame seeds.
Ingredients

- 1 cup glutinous rice
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 2 large mangoes
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Soak the glutinous rice for 1 hour.
- In a small saucepan, mix coconut milk, sugar, and salt. Heat over low heat until sugar dissolves.
- Cook the rice in a steamer for 30-40 minutes until soft and sticky.
- Mix the cooked rice with the coconut milk mixture.
- Let the rice sit for 10 minutes.
- Slice the mangoes and arrange next to the rice.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.

- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days.
- Serve with extra toppings like toasted coconut or mung beans.
