Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with maple syrup, fish sauce, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread Brussels sprouts cut side down in a single layer.
- Roast for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until edges are golden brown and crisp.

- Serve hot, optionally sprinkled with extra chopped nuts.
