Description

A refreshing layered drink combining earthy matcha and sweet creamy taro with milk and ice.


Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Mix taro powder with hot water until smooth.
  2. Fill a glass with ice cubes.
  3. Pour taro mixture into the glass.
  4. Add milk gently to form layers.
  5. Whisk matcha with warm water until smooth.
  6. Slowly pour matcha on top.
  7. Garnish with mint and serve.
