- 8 ounces wide rice noodles
- 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup Chinese broccoli
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- Heat a wok or large pan over medium-high heat.
- Mix soy sauces, oyster sauce, and sugar in a bowl.
- Add oil to the pan and coat evenly.
- Cook garlic and chicken until browned, then add eggs and scramble.
- Add noodles and sauce, tossing until coated and slightly caramelized.
- Add Chinese broccoli and cook until tender.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
