Description

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces wide rice noodles
  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup Chinese broccoli
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Heat a wok or large pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Mix soy sauces, oyster sauce, and sugar in a bowl.
  3. Add oil to the pan and coat evenly.
  4. Cook garlic and chicken until browned, then add eggs and scramble.
