- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1 cup green peas
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- Heat a wok or skillet over medium high heat.
- Beat eggs and prepare all ingredients.
- Add oil and heat until shimmering.
- Cook shrimp, remove, then scramble eggs and cook vegetables with garlic.
- Add rice and stir fry until heated through, then return shrimp.
- Add soy sauce and sesame oil, mix well.
- Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
