Description

A quick and flavorful seafood fried rice packed with shrimp, vegetables, and savory seasonings, perfect for an easy weeknight meal.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • 1 cup green peas
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Heat a wok or skillet over medium high heat.
  2. Beat eggs and prepare all ingredients.
  3. Add oil and heat until shimmering.
  4. Cook shrimp, remove, then scramble eggs and cook vegetables with garlic.
  5. Add rice and stir fry until heated through, then return shrimp.
  6. Add soy sauce and sesame oil, mix well.
  7. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
