- 500 grams prawns, peeled and deveined
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons water
- 2 stalks green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Heat a large pan over medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sugar, water, and black pepper.
- Add vegetable oil to the pan.
- Sauté garlic until fragrant, then add prawns.
- Cook until prawns turn pink, then add the sauce.
- Simmer until slightly thickened.
- Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
