Description

Juicy prawns coated in a rich, savory soy sauce glaze, quick to make and packed with bold flavor.


Ingredients

  • 500 grams prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 2 stalks green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat a large pan over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sugar, water, and black pepper.
  3. Add vegetable oil to the pan.
  4. Sauté garlic until fragrant, then add prawns.
  5. Cook until prawns turn pink, then add the sauce.
  6. Simmer until slightly thickened.
  7. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
