- 2 cups cooked rice
- 250 grams ground chicken
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, sliced
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Heat a medium pot over medium heat.
- Add oil, garlic, and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
- Add ground chicken and cook until browned.
- Pour in broth, soy sauce, salt, and pepper, then bring to a simmer.
- Add cooked rice and heat through.
- Crack eggs into the broth and cook gently.
