Ingredients

- 300 grams beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 200 grams rice noodles
- 1.5 liters beef broth
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, sliced
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 handful fresh cilantro
- 2 lime wedges
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Bring a large pot to medium heat.
- Add broth, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and fish sauce, then simmer.
- Cook noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
- Place noodles in bowls and arrange raw beef slices on top.
- Pour hot broth over beef to cook it.
- Add bean sprouts, herbs, and green onions.
- Finish with lime juice and chili flakes, then serve.
