Ingredients

- 2 cups shredded green cabbage
- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 cup diced red bell pepper
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 to 4 tablespoons water
Instructions
- Prepare all vegetables by chopping and shredding as needed.
- Slice cooked chicken into thin strips.
- In a large bowl, combine cabbage, lettuce, carrots, bell pepper, and green onions.
- In a separate bowl, whisk peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, garlic, and water until smooth.
- Add chicken to the vegetable mixture.
- Pour dressing over salad and toss gently to combine.
- Serve immediately.
