Ingredients

- 4 cups dragon fruit (frozen; or 4 fresh dragon fruits, scooped)
- 1 inch fresh ginger, peeled
- Juice of 2 limes (about 4 tbsp)
- 6–8 cups cold water
- Sweetener of choice, to taste (honey, sugar, agave, or stevia)
Instructions
- Add dragon fruit, peeled ginger, fresh lime juice, and 6 cups of water to a blender.
- Blend on high until completely smooth and vividly pink (30–60 seconds).
- Taste and adjust sweetness by stirring in your preferred sweetener.
- If desired, add more water to adjust consistency.
- Serve chilled over ice and garnish with lime or dragon fruit slices.
Notes
- Use coconut milk instead of water for a creamy twist.
- For extra sweetness, blend in ripe mango or pineapple.
