Description

Refreshing, vibrant pink Thai dragon fruit juice blended with ginger and lime—naturally hydrating, lightly tangy, and easy to make in minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups dragon fruit (frozen; or 4 fresh dragon fruits, scooped)
  • 1 inch fresh ginger, peeled
  • Juice of 2 limes (about 4 tbsp)
  • 68 cups cold water
  • Sweetener of choice, to taste (honey, sugar, agave, or stevia)

Instructions

  1. Add dragon fruit, peeled ginger, fresh lime juice, and 6 cups of water to a blender.
  2. Blend on high until completely smooth and vividly pink (30–60 seconds).
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness by stirring in your preferred sweetener.
  4. If desired, add more water to adjust consistency.
  5. Serve chilled over ice and garnish with lime or dragon fruit slices.

Notes

  • Use coconut milk instead of water for a creamy twist.
  • For extra sweetness, blend in ripe mango or pineapple.
  • Fresh mint leaves make a great garnish and add extra freshness.
  • Freeze leftovers in ice cube trays for smoothies or quick refreshers.
