- 2 cups chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 1 ½ cups mushrooms, sliced

- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Heat a wok or skillet over medium high heat.
- Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, chicken broth, and cornstarch.
- Add oil to the pan and heat.
- Cook chicken until lightly browned.
- Add garlic, ginger, mushrooms, and bell peppers.
- Pour in sauce and stir until thickened.
- Add green onions and serve hot.
