Description

This Thai Iced Cocoa Milk is a creamy, refreshing drink made with cocoa powder, condensed milk, fresh cream, and chilled milk. Perfect for a hot day, it combines rich chocolate flavors with a smooth, frothy texture.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tsp Cadbury cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp condensed milk
  • 2 tsp fresh cream (room temperature)
  • 1 glass milk
  • 4 tsp warm water
  • 8 pieces ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine cocoa powder and condensed milk.
  2. Add fresh cream (make sure it’s at room temperature) to the bowl.
  3. Pour in 4 tsp of warm water and beat the mixture until it becomes frothy. Set aside.
  4. Fill a glass with a few ice cubes and pour milk over them.
  5. Add the prepared cocoa mixture to the glass of milk, stir well, and enjoy.

Notes

  • Use full-fat milk for a creamier texture.
  • You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less condensed milk.
  • For an extra chill, freeze the glass for 10 minutes before serving.
