This Thai Iced Cocoa Milk is a creamy, refreshing drink made with cocoa powder, condensed milk, fresh cream, and chilled milk. Perfect for a hot day, it combines rich chocolate flavors with a smooth, frothy texture.
Ingredients

- 2 tsp Cadbury cocoa powder
- 2 tsp condensed milk
- 2 tsp fresh cream (room temperature)
- 1 glass milk
- 4 tsp warm water
- 8 pieces ice cubes
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine cocoa powder and condensed milk.
- Add fresh cream (make sure it’s at room temperature) to the bowl.
- Pour in 4 tsp of warm water and beat the mixture until it becomes frothy. Set aside.
- Fill a glass with a few ice cubes and pour milk over them.
- Add the prepared cocoa mixture to the glass of milk, stir well, and enjoy.
Notes
- Use full-fat milk for a creamier texture.
- You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less condensed milk.
- For an extra chill, freeze the glass for 10 minutes before serving.
