Description

A refreshing layered Thai iced matcha latte made with vibrant green matcha, creamy milk, and ice for a smooth café style drink you can make at home.


Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder
  • 2 tablespoons warm water
  • 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add matcha powder to a small bowl.
  2. Pour warm water over the matcha and whisk until smooth and slightly frothy.
  3. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
  4. Pour milk and sweetened condensed milk over the ice and stir gently.
  5. Slowly pour the prepared matcha over the milk to create a layered drink.
