  • 1 cup crushed ice (about 240 g), as needed to fill your glass
  • 2 tablespoons sugar syrup (30 ml)
  • 4 tablespoons coconut milk, top to taste (60 ml)

Instructions

  1. Peel the ripe mango, remove the seed, and cut it into small chunks.
  2. Place the mango pieces, crushed ice, and sugar syrup into a blender.
  3. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour the mango shake into a tall serving glass.
  5. Spoon the coconut milk gently on top for a layered effect.
