- 3 tablespoons Massaman Curry Paste
- 200 ml Coconut Milk
- 4 slices Cheddar Cheese
- 1 medium Onion
- 4 Burger Buns
- 1 small bunch Fresh Cilantro Leaves
- 1 small Red Chili Slices (optional)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat.
- Mix ground beef with salt and pepper and form into four patties.
- Heat the pan with light oil to prevent sticking.
- Cook patties 4-5 minutes per side until desired doneness.
- Caramelize onions separately and prepare Massaman curry sauce by simmering curry paste with coconut milk.
- Toast burger buns lightly.
- Place melted cheese on patties during last minute of cooking.
- Assemble burgers with curry sauce, caramelized onions, and cheese on buns. Garnish with cilantro and red chili slices.
- Serve immediately with salad or fries.
