Description

A fusion burger featuring juicy beef patties topped with rich Thai Massaman curry sauce, melted cheddar cheese, caramelized onions, and fresh cilantro, served with a side salad for a colorful, flavorful meal


Ingredients

  • 500 grams Ground Beef
  • 3 tablespoons Massaman Curry Paste
  • 200 ml Coconut Milk
  • 4 slices Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 4 Burger Buns
  • 1 small bunch Fresh Cilantro Leaves
  • 1 small Red Chili Slices (optional)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat.
  2. Mix ground beef with salt and pepper and form into four patties.
  3. Heat the pan with light oil to prevent sticking.
  4. Cook patties 4-5 minutes per side until desired doneness.
  5. Caramelize onions separately and prepare Massaman curry sauce by simmering curry paste with coconut milk.
  6. Toast burger buns lightly.
  7. Place melted cheese on patties during last minute of cooking.
  8. Assemble burgers with curry sauce, caramelized onions, and cheese on buns. Garnish with cilantro and red chili slices.
  9. Serve immediately with salad or fries.
