A creamy and customizable Thai Rolled Ice Cream recipe made with a rich base and frozen on a cold surface, then rolled into beautiful curls and topped with your favorite mix-ins.

- 1 pint heavy cream
- 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- Pinch of salt
- Optional mix-ins: Oreo, cocoa powder, nuts, cookie dough
- Optional toppings: fruit, candy, whipped cream, sprinkles
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and pinch of salt until fully combined.
- Pour the mixture onto a metal tray or sheet pan in a thin, even layer about 1/8 inch thick.
- Add your choice of mix-ins and gently incorporate them into the base using a spatula.
- Freeze the tray for at least 4 hours or until completely solid.
- Once frozen, cut the ice cream into strips about 3 inches wide using a flat metal scraper.
- Carefully roll each strip into curls and transfer them into chilled bowls.
- Top with your choice of fruit, candy, whipped cream, or sprinkles.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
Notes
- Ensure the tray is completely flat in the freezer for even freezing.
- Work quickly when rolling to prevent melting.
- Chill your serving bowls before adding the rolls for better presentation.
- Use a metal scraper for clean, tight rolls.
