Description

A refreshing Thai-style slushy drink made with crushed ice, fruity syrup, and citrus for a vibrant and cooling treat.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups crushed ice
  • 1/2 cup sweet fruit syrup (red flavored)
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 2 tablespoons simple sugar syrup
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

Instructions

  1. Chill serving glasses in the freezer for about 5 minutes.
  2. Add fruit syrup, water, lime juice, and simple syrup to a blender.
  3. Add crushed ice on top of the liquid.
  4. Blend briefly until the mixture becomes thick and slushy.
  5. Pulse a few times to achieve a fluffy slushy consistency.
  6. Pour into chilled glasses and stir gently.
  7. Serve immediately with a straw.
