Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Thai tea mix
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons evaporated milk
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Brew the Thai tea mix in 1 cup of hot water and let it steep for about 5 minutes.
  2. Strain the tea into a pitcher and allow it to cool slightly.
  3. Stir in the sweetened condensed milk and evaporated milk until well combined.
  4. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes and pour the chilled tea over the ice.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, heavy cream, milk, and sugar until smooth and slightly thick.
  6. Spoon the creamy cheese foam gently over the top of the iced tea.
  7. Serve immediately and sip through the foam and tea together.
