- 2 tablespoons Thai tea mix
- 1 cup hot water
- 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons evaporated milk
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 3 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Instructions
- Brew the Thai tea mix in 1 cup of hot water and let it steep for about 5 minutes.
- Strain the tea into a pitcher and allow it to cool slightly.
- Stir in the sweetened condensed milk and evaporated milk until well combined.
- Fill a tall glass with ice cubes and pour the chilled tea over the ice.
- In a bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, heavy cream, milk, and sugar until smooth and slightly thick.
- Spoon the creamy cheese foam gently over the top of the iced tea.
- Serve immediately and sip through the foam and tea together.
