Description

A creamy no-bake dessert that blends the rich layers of tiramisu with the warm, aromatic flavor of Thai tea.


Ingredients

  • 200 grams ladyfinger biscuits
  • 3 tablespoons Thai tea leaves or mix
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 250 grams mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup cooked tapioca pearls

Instructions

  1. Brew Thai tea with hot water and let it cool completely.
  2. In a bowl, mix mascarpone, sugar, vanilla extract, and condensed milk until smooth.
  3. Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form, then fold into mascarpone mixture.
  4. Dip ladyfingers quickly into the tea.
  5. Layer soaked biscuits in a dish, then spread cream mixture on top.
  6. Repeat layers until finished.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
  8. Top with cooked tapioca pearls before serving.

Notes

  • Do not over-soak biscuits
  • Chill overnight for best flavor
  • Use strong tea for better taste
