A creamy no-bake dessert that blends the rich layers of tiramisu with the warm, aromatic flavor of Thai tea.
Ingredients

- 200 grams ladyfinger biscuits
- 3 tablespoons Thai tea leaves or mix
- 1 cup hot water
- 250 grams mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup cooked tapioca pearls
Instructions
- Brew Thai tea with hot water and let it cool completely.
- In a bowl, mix mascarpone, sugar, vanilla extract, and condensed milk until smooth.
- Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form, then fold into mascarpone mixture.
- Dip ladyfingers quickly into the tea.
- Layer soaked biscuits in a dish, then spread cream mixture on top.
- Repeat layers until finished.
- Refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
- Top with cooked tapioca pearls before serving.
Notes
- Do not over-soak biscuits
- Chill overnight for best flavor
- Use strong tea for better taste
