Description

A refreshing and creamy Thai tea drink made with strong brewed tea, sweetened condensed milk, and evaporated milk poured over ice. This classic Southeast Asian beverage is bold, sweet, and incredibly satisfying.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Thai tea mix
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons evaporated milk
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Bring water to a gentle boil using a kettle.
  2. Add the Thai tea mix to a heatproof pitcher and pour the hot water over it.
  3. Allow the tea to steep for about 4 minutes.
  4. Strain the tea into a clean container to remove tea leaves.
  5. Stir sugar and sweetened condensed milk into the warm tea until dissolved.
  6. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
  7. Pour the sweetened tea over the ice.
  8. Slowly drizzle evaporated milk over the top.
  9. Stir gently before drinking and serve immediately.
