- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Heat skillet over medium heat.
- Mix lemon juice, soy sauce, maple syrup, water, garlic, and cornstarch.
- Add oil to skillet.
- Cook plant-based chik’n until golden.
- Add sauce and simmer until thick.
- Add lemon slices and stir.
- Serve warm.
