- 3 green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Heat a medium saucepan over medium heat.
- Add sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Cook for 3 minutes until fragrant and lightly golden.
- Pour in vegetable broth, soy sauce, fish sauce, chili flakes, salt, and black pepper.
- Stir well and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Simmer for 12 minutes to develop flavor.
- Remove from heat and stir in lime juice, green onions, and cilantro.
