Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, sliced
  • 6 cups vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Cook for 3 minutes until fragrant and lightly golden.
  3. Pour in vegetable broth, soy sauce, fish sauce, chili flakes, salt, and black pepper.
