- 1 teaspoon toasted coconut flakes, optional
Instructions
- Warm a small bowl with warm water, then dry it well.
- Sift the matcha powder into the bowl.
- Add warm water and whisk until smooth, glossy, and lightly frothy.
- Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
- Pour the chilled coconut water over the ice.
- Stir in maple syrup or honey until dissolved.
- Slowly pour the whisked matcha over the coconut water.
- Gently add the chilled coconut milk to create soft swirls.
- Top with lime zest and toasted coconut flakes if using.
- Serve immediately and stir before sipping if desired.

- Use warm water, not boiling water, to keep the matcha smooth and mellow.
