Description

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder, sifted
  • 2 tablespoons warm water
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk, chilled
  • 2 tablespoons condensed coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Warm a small bowl with hot water, then dry it well.
  2. Add sifted matcha powder and warm water to the bowl.
  3. Whisk until the matcha is smooth, green, and lightly foamy.
  4. Add chilled coconut milk, condensed coconut milk, and vanilla extract to a tall glass.
  5. Stir until the milk base is creamy and fully combined.
  6. Add ice cubes to the glass.
  7. Slowly pour the whisked matcha over the back of a spoon to create a layered look.
  8. Serve immediately while cold and fresh.
