Description

A creamy and refreshing iced coconut matcha drink blended with unflavored collagen peptides, coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla, and ice for a smooth cafe-style sip at home.


Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder
  • 2 tablespoons warm water
  • 1 scoop unflavored collagen peptides
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Warm a small bowl with warm water, then dry it.
  2. Sift the matcha powder into the bowl.
  3. Add warm water and whisk until the matcha is smooth and lightly foamy.
  4. Add the collagen peptides and whisk again until fully dissolved.
  5. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
  6. Pour the coconut milk into the glass.
  7. Stir maple syrup and vanilla extract into the coconut milk.
  8. Slowly pour the matcha collagen mixture over the coconut milk.
  9. Leave layered for a cafe-style look or gently stir before drinking.
  10. Serve immediately while cold.
