Description

A creamy and refreshing iced coconut matcha latte topped with sweet vanilla cold foam. This café-style drink combines earthy matcha, rich coconut milk, and silky foam for the ultimate homemade iced treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons sifted matcha powder
  • 2 tablespoons warm water
  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla syrup
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoon sweetened condensed coconut milk

Instructions

  1. Chill a tall serving glass in the freezer for a few minutes.
  2. Whisk the sifted matcha powder with warm water until smooth and lump-free.
  3. Fill the chilled glass with ice cubes.
  4. Pour the coconut milk and condensed coconut milk into the glass.
  5. Slowly pour the prepared matcha over the coconut milk to create layered swirls.
  6. In a separate bowl, froth the heavy cream, vanilla syrup, and milk until thick and creamy.
  7. Spoon the sweet cold foam over the drink.
  8. Dust lightly with extra matcha powder if desired and serve immediately.
