- 2 tablespoons warm water
- 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons vanilla syrup
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon sweetened condensed coconut milk
Instructions
- Chill a tall serving glass in the freezer for a few minutes.
- Whisk the sifted matcha powder with warm water until smooth and lump-free.
- Fill the chilled glass with ice cubes.
- Pour the coconut milk and condensed coconut milk into the glass.
- Slowly pour the prepared matcha over the coconut milk to create layered swirls.
- In a separate bowl, froth the heavy cream, vanilla syrup, and milk until thick and creamy.
- Spoon the sweet cold foam over the drink.
- Dust lightly with extra matcha powder if desired and serve immediately.
