A creamy, low-carb coconut milk matcha latte made with unsweetened coconut milk, sifted matcha, vanilla, and keto sweetener. It is smooth, lightly earthy, and ready in just 5 minutes.

- 2 tablespoons hot water
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 to 2 teaspoons keto sweetener, such as monk fruit or erythritol
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon coconut cream, optional
- 1 cup ice, optional for an iced version
Instructions
- Warm your serving mug with hot water for 1 minute, then empty it.
- Add sifted matcha powder and hot water to a small bowl.
- Whisk until the matcha is smooth, bright, and slightly foamy.
- Pour coconut milk into a small saucepan and warm over low heat.
- Stir in keto sweetener, vanilla extract, and optional coconut cream.
- Heat for 2 to 3 minutes until steamy, but do not boil.
- Pour the warm coconut milk into the matcha mixture.
- Froth until creamy and smooth.
- Serve warm in a glass mug, or pour over ice for an iced version.

- Sift the matcha before whisking to prevent clumps.
- Use unsweetened coconut milk to keep the drink low in carbs.
- Adjust the sweetener after mixing since matcha strength can vary.
