Ingredients

- 3 cups cooked jasmine rice
- 1 cup diced chicken breast
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 red chili peppers, sliced
- 1 cup Thai basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Instructions
- Heat a wok or large pan over high heat.
- Beat the eggs lightly and set aside.
- Add oil to the pan and swirl to coat.
- Add garlic and chili, sauté briefly, then add chicken and cook until done.
- Push ingredients to the side and scramble eggs, then mix together.
- Add rice, soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar, stir well and cook until heated through.
- Add basil leaves and stir until just wilted.
- Serve hot and enjoy.

- Use day-old rice for best texture
- Adjust chili for preferred spice level
- Cook on high heat for authentic flavor
