- 3 tablespoons strong brewed Thai tea
- 1 cup glutinous rice flour
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper.
- Whisk melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, brewed Thai tea, whole milk, and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
- Add glutinous rice flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until fully combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top evenly.
- Bake for 38 to 42 minutes until the edges are golden and the center is set.
- Allow the brownies to cool completely before slicing into squares.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
